First night of what we hope becomes a monthly First Friday.
Questions
Do I need a partner?
No. Come on your own or with someone. We rotate partners all night, and solo dancers are genuinely welcome.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel good moving in. Smooth-soled shoes help you glide; leave the sticky sneakers and boots at home if you can.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's free onsite parking at the Commons. Come a few minutes early if you'd like an easy spot.
Is there a lesson?
Yes, two run side by side at 7:00 PM, one for absolute beginners and one continuation lesson for dancers with some ground under them. Social dancing follows from 8 to 10. Both lessons are included with your ticket.
What's the refund policy?
All sales are final. You're welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend.
Why is it free for WSDC competitors?
Because experienced dancers make the night good for everyone. If you've competed at a WSDC event in the last 12 months, grab a free ticket on the honor system. No proof, no questions.
